My journey didn't begin under stage lights — it began in the gym, with a barbell, a mirror, and a promise to myself that I'd stop shrinking to fit anyone else's idea of what a woman should look like.

Training became the place I built more than muscle. It's where I built discipline, confidence and a sense of identity I'd never had before. What started as a way to feel stronger quickly turned into something I loved with everything I had.

Stepping on stage for the first time changed everything. The prep, the sacrifice, the nerves backstage, and that first walk under the lights — it showed me exactly what I was capable of when I stopped playing small.

Competing as a Masters Bikini athlete has taught me how to show up under pressure, own a room, and enjoy every second of the spotlight. Those are the same qualities I bring to every Muscle & Mischief booking.

Muscle & Mischief is the natural next chapter — a way to take everything I've learned on stage and turn it into an experience that makes other people feel that same rush of confidence, fun and celebration.
