My Story
From the stage to your celebration.
My story didn't start under stage lights. It began in a quiet gym, with a barbell and a promise to myself — to build something I was proud of, inside and out.
Years of discipline later, I found myself competing as a Masters Bikini Athlete on the UK federation circuit. Preparing for the stage taught me three things I'll never let go of: professionalism, confidence, and the kind of discipline that shows up in every small detail.
Those three values became the foundation of Muscle & Mischief — the UK's premium female bodybuilding entertainment experience. I founded it because celebrations deserve more than the ordinary: they deserve something considered, tailored and genuinely different.
