My Story
FROM THE STAGE TO THE EXPERIENCE.
I'm Sabrina Knight — competitive Masters Bikini Athlete, founder of Muscle & Mischief, and The Mischief.
I've spent years training, competing and living the bodybuilding lifestyle. But I wanted to take that world somewhere completely different.
So I created Muscle & Mischief.
I bring the personality, energy, humour and interaction. He brings competitive bodybuilding, physique, posing, strength, performance and presence. Together, we bring the Experience.
This isn't a fitness class and it isn't personal training. It's a live, hosted celebration experience that brings bodybuilding, competition, games, challenges, audience participation and plenty of laughs into the room.
My job is to make sure your guests aren't just watching the experience — they're part of it.
